We know how architecture is born and understand what matters to the client. That’s why our models stay true to the architect’s vision and make the idea of a project clear. They guide the viewer’s attention and help with negotiations and sales.


We work in Azerbaijan and Georgia and we’re open to working in Europe and the Middle East.

Who we are

  • Founders
    Ilya Dorokhin, Alina Prokofeva
    Our studio was founded in 2023. British and Saint Petersburg architecture schools, international studios and more than 10 years of practice in design, modelmaking and digital product development: we bring all of this into our work.

  • A small team of specialists
    We don’t work on an assembly line
    Each stage is handled by the people who know that task best: architects, engineers, artists, 3D printing specialists and programmers. We give every project a lot of attention and openly discuss the possible solutions with the client.

How we work

  • Care for your idea
    We work closely with architects, keep their vision intact and carry it into the material with precision. We work with wood, plaster, glass, epoxy resin and metal.


  • Modern technology
    We don’t use off-the-shelf solutions. We design each model as a kit and build it with 3D printing. It has carefully planned assembly, removable parts, and can be adapted to different ways of showing it, from a sales office to events and large forums. We can also add digital tools to a model, for example an app that controls the model, shows floor plans and tells the story of the project.

  • Open and clear process
    We explain our stages of work to the client, share ideas, show the process, discuss all the details in advance and tell you honestly if something needs to change.



  • Complexity is part of the job
    We enjoy taking on non-standard challenges and finding a solution. For example: tight deadlines, unique elements, complex architecture, moving parts and custom lighting.

Developer arch models
Architectural models for sales offices are one of our key areas. We work together with our clients’ marketing and sales teams. We plan how the model will be used and how it will work with buyers, and we fit it into the sales office.

Our usual scales for developer models are from 1:100 to 1:300. A project takes about 2 months on average, depending on its complexity.

Urban planning models
Urban planning models show how a future project will connect with its surroundings, whether that’s city buildings or natural landscape. They make approvals with investors and government bodies easier: the solution can be seen and understood, not just read on a drawing.

These models are usually made at scales from 1:1000 to 1:5000 and a project takes from 3 months.

Most often these are historical models that show the original look of classic buildings to a wide audience. They help people feel connected to their heritage and understand their cultural identity better through architecture.

These models can be extremely detailed, nd they are usually made at scales from 1:50 to 1:200.
